Qué recogemos
Tu dirección de email y, de forma opcional, tu respuesta a si comprarías el producto al lanzar, cuando te apuntas voluntariamente a la lista de espera. No recogemos tu nombre. Medimos las visitas de forma agregada y sin cookies (Vercel Web Analytics): no usamos cookies de seguimiento ni te rastreamos entre sitios.
Para qué
Para enviarte un único email el día que CLO-PIP se ponga a la venta. No hay newsletter ni envíos recurrentes.
Base legal (RGPD)
Tu consentimiento explícito al introducir el email y enviar el formulario. Puedes retirarlo cuando quieras.
Dónde se guarda
Tus datos se guardan en nuestra propia base de datos (Upstash, sobre la infraestructura de Vercel) y se conservan solo el tiempo necesario. No vendemos ni cedemos tu correo a terceros.
Cuánto tiempo
Hasta el lanzamiento del producto o hasta que pidas que lo borremos — lo que ocurra antes.

What we collect
Your email address and, optionally, your answer to whether you’d buy the product at launch, when you voluntarily join the waiting list. We don’t collect your name. We measure visits in an aggregate, cookieless way (Vercel Web Analytics): no tracking cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Why
To send you one single email the day CLO-PIP goes on sale. No newsletter, no recurring mailings.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Your explicit consent when you enter your email and submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it’s stored
Your data is kept in our own database (Upstash, on Vercel’s infrastructure) and stored only as long as needed. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.
How long
Until the product launches or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
